Shipping policy

We ship from New Zealand on a tracked courier. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and you'll receive tracking by email.

Delivery estimates: NZ 2 to 4 working days from dispatch; Australia and international 1 to 3 weeks depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and courier delays outside our control can happen.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at comecleantogether@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged in the destination country.
